Steven Smith Ruled out of Third Ashes Test

After a long period of competition between Australia and England in the Ashes, both teams meet again in the biggest cricket rivalry in the UK to see who will hold the Ashes until 2022.

The BBC reported that Australian star batter Steven Smith had been excluded from the third Ashes test because of a concussion. He was hit by a bouncer by Jofra Archer in the first innings of the Second Test. According to Headway of the Brain Injury Charity, it was “incredibly dangerous” to resume his innings. It seems a big advantage to the English team because Smith is Australia’s best batsman. But England also lost its best bowler in the previous Tests because James Anderson suffered a calf injury. Due to this injury, Anderson was missing for the Second Test. But he should return to the following series.
